Fire alarm and security systems for the South Shore.
Fire alarms, intrusion alarms, access control and cameras — installed, inspected, serviced and monitored by one licensed Massachusetts contractor, based in Pembroke.
Everything a building needs to detect, deter and respond.
We work on new construction, tenant fit-outs, renovations and existing buildings — and we stay on after the inspection is signed off.
Fire alarm
System design and installation
Layouts, submittals and device placement that meet code and pass the fire department's final.
Inspection and testing
Annual and periodic testing with documentation for your insurer and the local AHJ.
Monitoring
Central station monitoring that gets your building's alarms to the fire department around the clock.
Service and repair
Troubles, false alarms, failed devices and panel programming on the systems you already have.
Sprinkler and elevator supervision
Flow, tamper and recall connections tied into the alarm so the whole building reports as one.
Upgrades and replacements
Replacing aging panels and communicators without taking the building out of service.
Security
Intrusion alarms
Burglar alarm systems for commercial and residential properties, monitored around the clock.
Access control
Card, fob and keypad entry so you control who gets into which doors, and when.
Video surveillance
Camera systems with remote viewing and recorded footage when you need to look back.
Built for the people who are responsible for the building.
We coordinate directly with your fire department, electrician and sprinkler contractor so the fire alarm isn't the thing holding up your occupancy.
